We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Mirabilio Natural Designs purchase, you can return it for a replacement, exchange, or refund. Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. 

Exchange

For exchanges, you will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will send you a voucher code for the amount due. This will be a credit that you may use on our website.

Switching out for a different size is easy! Let us know what size you need, and we'll send it out as soon as we receive your return. We'll cover shipping for this. 

 

LIMITED WARRANTY

If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time within 60 days after the date of purchase.

RETURNING OR EXCHANGING ITEMS

You can return or exchange purchases from Mirabilio Natural Designs, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone, or from an approved vendor.

You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges.

Mirabilio Natural Designs items are made on limited editions and go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount. 

Custom Designs

All custom pieces are final sale. No exchanges will be made for custom pieces, though replacements will be made for manufacturing defects within 60 days of purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Mirabilio Natural Designs is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Packages must be postmarked within 60 days of the original purchase.
