5 Ways to Practice Self-Love
You matter. Did you know there is no one else in the world like you? As a matter of fact, there is someone who needs everything only you can offer. That person is YOU. Find joy and love for who you are. The world is a better place because you are here today.
The practice of self-love is not the backup plan. It is THE plan. Here are five ways to give yourself a little love:
Start each day by telling yourself something really positive. The first 2 minutes of the morning will set the tone for everything that follows. So start off by giving yourself to make you smile.
Move that gorgeous body of yours every single day. You work hard to be you, so give yourself a little self-love kick in the butt!
Surround yourself with people who love and encourage you. Absorb all the goodness they have to offer. Let them remind you just how amazing you are. Believe me, it will rub off.
Take time out to calm your mind every day. Close your eyes and meditate for 10 minutes. Can’t do 10… I challenge you to start with 5. Breathe in and out, allow your thoughts to move in and your. Clear your mind and just be in the moment.
Get in front of your inner dialogue. The latest research shows that our inner dialogue directly influences what manifests in our lives. If what goes on in your head is anything less than love, encouragement and positivity, then it’s time to drop it.
